  • What is Saysimple?

    With Saysimple's unified inbox, you can streamline all your communications channels in one shared inbox. This enables you and your team to work together on conversations via WhatsApp Business, Livechat, email and more.

  • Who is Saysimple suitable for?

    Saysimple is suitable for every company that wants to communicate with customers in a modern and efficient way. For businesses with multiple locations our Grow package offers you the opportunity to manage all locations within one platform. In this way multiple departments and locations can effectively collaborate at scale.

  • Does Saysimple require a minimum amount of users?

    Saysimple is built for teams that want to work together in one inbox. To get the most value out of our solution, our plans require a minimum of 5 users.

  • What is the difference between the Start and Growth package?

    In the Start package you will find everything you need to build the foundation of your customer contact department. You get access to the Multichannel Inbox, Analytics & Insights and messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business. In addition, the package contains 150 conversations and has a minimum of 5 users.

    The Grow package has more features and is therefore suitable for departments with a larger customer contact volume. The package contains Teams; a module with which you can work efficiently together with different users, departments or branches. In addition, the package contains 500 conversations and has a minimum of 5 users.

  • What is a user?

    There are two types of users within the Saysimple platform: standard users and admin users. A standard user can reply to messages and label conversations. An admin user can create tags, labels and workflows, and manage users.

    The platform is delivered with one admin user by default. The admin can then convert standard users to admin users. In terms of rate, it does not matter whether you create a standard- or admin user.

  • What are channels?

    Channels are communication channels like email, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, WhatsApp, Livechat, and more. Per package, there is a specific amount of channels you can add.

  • What is a conversation?

    Depending on your package, you can have a certain number of conversations every month. A conversation starts when you receive an incoming message, or by proactively sending a message. After starting the conversation with a client, you can send and receive messages for the rest of the month without starting a new conversation. (ex. WhatsApp Business template costs).

    For example, on February 18th, you receive a message and the conversation will be started and charged. On February 19, the conversation was closed. The customer will contact you again on 24 February. This conversation will not be charged again. The customer then contacts us for the 3rd time on 2 March. In this case, this happens in a new month, which means that this conversation counts against the March conversation bundle.

  • Is Saysimple GDPR compliant?

    Yes, our solution is GDPR compliant. All personal data stored in the Saysimple platform is encrypted at rest. Connections to and from our platform are secured and adhere to strict privacy regulations.

    To make our platform even more secure we offer extra security features such as, IP whitelisting, Two factor authentication (2FA) and Single sign-on (SS0).
