Does Saysimple require a minimum amount of users?
Saysimple is built for teams that want to work together in one inbox. To get the most value out of our solution, our plans require a minimum of 5 users.

What is the difference between 'Start' and 'Grow' plan?
In the Start plan you will find everything you need to build the foundation of your customer contact department. You get access to the Multichannel Inbox, Analytics & Insights and Messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business. This package has a minimum of 5 users and a maximum of 10.
The Grow plan has more features and is therefore suitable for larger organisations with high volumes of customer contact. This plan contains Teams; a module in which you can work efficiently together with different users, departments or organisations with multiple locations. -
How can I try the platform?

What is a user?
There are two types of users within the Saysimple platform: standard users and admin users. A standard user can reply to messages and label conversations. An admin user can create tags, labels and workflows, and manage users.
The platform is delivered with one admin user by default. The admin can then convert standard users to admin users. In terms of rate, it does not matter whether you create a standard- or admin user. -
What are channels?
Channels are communication channels like Email, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, WhatsApp, Livechat, and more. Each package is limited in the amount channels you can connect.
