Saysimple is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, revolutionizing the way companies communicate with their customers via chat, messaging and e-mail.

Over the past year we have built a solid foundation for demand gen and sales, but we are ready to take this to the next level. As our Growth manager you would help the commercial team accelerate & support Saysimple achieving ambitious growth goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of marketing- and sales professionals to successfully develop a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy.
  • Build out Saysimple’s Demand Generation capabilities, creating a demand generation and sales machine that operates efficiently and is tuned for high performance.
  • Be an expert on Saysimple’s ICP, how they buy, their criteria, and be the expert on how to best generate demand accordingly.
  • Gather market input to help Product deliver the best product market fit.
  • Establish internal processes to optimize conversion. Get to the root of issues and blockers and then intelligently implement the solutions to get the job done.
  • Participate in building out the SaaS way of work across the whole organization.
  • Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation and sales programs based on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the full funnel from traffic to closed-won and optimize the buying experience and conversions.
  • Feed key insights on commercial progress to the Management Team and report directly to the CEO.
  • Building up and expanding your own network with potential customers and partners.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor degree.
  • >5 years of experience in a commercial role within B2B SaaS Software.
  • >2 years experience in a leadership position.
  • Being able to coach and develop your team members to bring them to the next level.
  • You are able to communicate at C-level with customers but also with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Proven commercial track record with your previous employer(s).
  • You know what is needed for success on both the marketing & sales front to drive growth.
  • You have a Tech-savvy entrepreneurial growth hacking mentality.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot or Hubspot.
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Spanish is an advantage.
